Lead UX and design system work for flagship enterprise digital experiences across financial services and retail.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end UX from research through launch on enterprise programs.
- Steward design systems and ensure WCAG 2.2 AA delivery.
- Coach designers and integrate motion, content, and brand.
- Partner with engineering for token + component parity.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in product or experience design.
- Portfolio showing flagship enterprise work.
- Strong systems thinking and a11y fluency.
- Confidence operating with executive stakeholders.
