About the role

Build and lead platform engineering teams that deliver internal developer platforms for enterprise clients.

What you’ll do

  • Define IDP roadmap and golden-path standards.
  • Lead a team of 8–12 platform engineers and SREs.
  • Partner with security, FinOps, and architecture functions.
  • Drive operational excellence with SLOs, runbooks, and postmortems.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years engineering, 4+ leading platform teams.
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, and IDP tooling.
  • Experience with security and compliance baselines.
  • Strong product thinking applied to platform.
