About the role

Design and ship governed GenAI platforms — RAG, agents, copilots — for regulated enterprise clients in production.

What you’ll do

  • Architect retrieval, agent, and evaluation pipelines for production AI.
  • Define guardrails, evals, and observability standards.
  • Lead model risk assurance with legal and security partners.
  • Set the technical bar for the broader AI engineering chapter.

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years in ML/AI engineering, with production GenAI experience.
  • Hands-on with vector stores, evaluation harnesses, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Track record shipping AI under regulatory constraints.
  • Comfortable presenting to CIO/CDO audiences.
